About the Event:
A six hour, hands-on seminar designed to provide critical business skills in the areas of strategic planning, finance, operations, marketing, and personnel management.
You will learn the core business elements of managing a practice that physicians don't receive in medical school training. Specialty-specific benchmarking data will be provided. This series will also provide practice managers with new and additional skills to effectively manage the practice.
NOTE: Participants will need to bring their practice financial information, which will not be shared. Please bring a calculator PLUS last full year of financial information: charges, adjustments, collections, expenses, net income, A/R aging (30, 60, 90, etc.), number of staff hours and wages.
