This esteemed occasion unites physicians and healthcare leaders who share a commitment to advancing the future of healthcare in our community.

- Time: The Annual Meeting begins with a cocktail reception at 6:30pm
- Ticket Purchase: The Alameda-Contra Costa Medical Association > Membership > Events > Event Info If purchased by October 8, 2025: Single ticket=$225.00, and Two Tickets=$400.00. After October 8, 2025: Single ticket=$250.00
- Dress Code: Business attire is requested,but please feel free to come as you are—whether that means dressing it up or keeping it more relaxed. We value authenticity and want you to feel comfortable.
- Parking is free for all guests
- Guests will have access to the run of the museum: exhibits, planetarium showings, the famous Chabot telescopes, photo booth and more.
